Child Safety Standards

Effective date: June 9, 2026

replayd is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation on our service. These standards apply to the replayd mobile application and related services operated by Iyan Fernandez ("replayd", "we", "us", or "our").

For questions about these standards or our child safety practices, contact our designated child safety contact at replayd.support@gmail.com.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

replayd prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking or exploitation of minors, and any content or behavior that endangers children. Users may not upload, post, request, share, promote, threaten to share, or link to this type of content or conduct.

Age and Account Safety

replayd is not intended for children under 16 years old, or a higher age where required by applicable law. Users must not misrepresent their age or use replayd to contact, exploit, pressure, or harm minors.

User Reporting

Users can report child safety concerns, illegal content, abusive behavior, or other safety issues by contacting us at replayd.support@gmail.com. Reports should include enough detail to identify the issue, such as usernames, links, screenshots, dates, and a description of the concern.

Reports involving possible child sexual abuse or exploitation are prioritized for review.

Review, Enforcement, and Moderation

We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or take other action when we believe content or conduct violates these standards, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.

We may also use technical and operational measures to prevent abuse, detect suspicious activity, limit spam or misuse, and protect users.

Reporting to Authorities

When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we report to the appropriate regional or national authorities where required by law. We cooperate with valid legal requests and may preserve or disclose information to authorities when necessary to protect children, prevent harm, or comply with applicable law.

Contact Point for Compliance

The designated contact for child safety compliance and CSAM-prevention practices is replayd.support@gmail.com. This contact is prepared to receive and discuss child safety compliance questions relating to replayd.
