Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to the replayd mobile application and related services operated by Iyán Fernández ("replayd", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using replayd, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use replayd, or a higher age if required by the laws of your country. If you are under the required age, you may use replayd only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where allowed by law.
Your Account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must not create an account using false, misleading, or unauthorized information, and you must not use another person's account without permission.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
License to Use replayd
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use replayd on a mobile device for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or exploit replayd or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, except where allowed by law.
- Bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or technical restrictions.
- Use replayd to build a competing product or service.
Intellectual Property
replayd, including its software, design, branding, logos, interface, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of replayd or any right to use our branding except as necessary to use the app.
User Content
replayd allows users to create, upload, and share content, including profile information, avatars, bios, reviews, comments, ratings, likes, follows, and favorites ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify for formatting or technical purposes, and otherwise use your User Content as needed to operate, improve, and promote replayd. This license ends when your User Content is deleted, except where retention is technically necessary, legally required, or the content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.
You represent that you have all rights needed to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.
Acceptable Use
You must not use replayd to post, upload, share, encourage, or facilitate content or conduct that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful.
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of others.
- Is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or intended to intimidate others.
- Contains sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content involving minors, or any content that endangers children.
- Contains graphic violence, credible threats, instructions for violence, or encouragement of self-harm.
- Contains malware, phishing, spam, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- Discloses another person's private information without permission.
- Manipulates ratings, reviews, follows, likes, comments, subscriptions, payments, or app functionality.
Moderation and Reporting
We may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content or accounts that we believe violate these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of the app or its users. We may also cooperate with law enforcement or legal requests where required.
If you believe content on replayd is illegal, infringes your rights, or violates these Terms, contact us at replayd.support@gmail.com. Include enough detail for us to identify the content and evaluate the report, such as usernames, links, screenshots, dates, and a description of the issue.
If your content or account is restricted and you believe this was a mistake, you may contact us at the same email address to request review.
Digital Services Act
To the extent the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) applies to replayd, the contact point for users and EU authorities is replayd.support@gmail.com. Communications may be sent in English or Spanish.
Notices about allegedly illegal content should include a clear explanation, the exact location of the content where possible, your name and email address unless the notice relates to certain sensitive criminal offenses, and a statement that you believe the information is accurate and complete.
Subscriptions, Payments, and Ads
replayd may offer paid subscriptions or premium features. Payments and subscriptions are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and may also be subject to the terms of the app store or payment provider you use.
Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, and included features will be shown before purchase where applicable. You are responsible for managing cancellations through the payment or app store flow used for the purchase. Unless required by law, fees already paid may be non-refundable.
replayd may display ads through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law.
Third-Party Services and Content
replayd may rely on third-party services, including Firebase, Supabase, Render, Stripe, Resend, Google AdMob, music metadata services, and app store providers. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
replayd may display music metadata, images, links, or information from third-party sources. We do not guarantee that third-party information is complete, accurate, or always available.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using replayd, you acknowledge that we process personal data as described there.
App Availability and Updates
replayd requires a compatible device and internet connection. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of replayd at any time.
We may release updates to maintain compatibility, improve functionality, fix bugs, or address security issues. If you do not install updates, some features may stop working.
Device, Network, and Charges
You are responsible for your device, internet access, data charges, roaming charges, and any costs charged by your mobile provider, app store, payment provider, or other third party. We are not responsible if replayd does not function because your device is offline, unsupported, out of battery, modified, rooted, jailbroken, or otherwise unable to run the app safely.
Termination
You may stop using replayd at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, infringe rights, abuse the service, or use replayd in a way that could harm other users or the app.
Upon termination, your right to use replayd ends. Some provisions of these Terms will continue where necessary, including provisions about intellectual property, User Content licenses already granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and disputes.
Disclaimers
replayd is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties that replayd will meet your expectations, be available at all times, or be free from errors, interruptions, or harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or reliance on third-party information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to replayd will not exceed the amount you paid to us for replayd in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of replayd, your breach of these Terms, or your User Content. This does not apply where prohibited by consumer protection law or where the claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app or by other appropriate means. Continued use of replayd after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
