This Privacy Policy applies to the replayd mobile application and related services operated by Iyán Fernández ("replayd", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information when you use replayd:
- Account information, such as your email address, username, authentication identifiers, and account creation date.
- Profile information, such as your display username, bio, avatar, favorites, and other profile details you choose to add.
- User-generated content, such as reviews, comments, ratings, likes, follows, favorites, and other content you submit in the app.
- Subscription and payment-related information, such as subscription status, product selected, transaction identifiers, and billing events. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by replayd.
- Device and technical information, such as IP address, device type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, crash or diagnostic information, and server logs.
- Push notification information, such as device push tokens used to deliver notifications.
- Advertising information, such as advertising identifiers and ad interaction data processed through Google AdMob where applicable.
- Support communications, such as messages you send to us by email or through the contact screen.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create, authenticate, and maintain your account.
- Provide app features, including profiles, reviews, comments, likes, follows, favorites, music-related pages, and subscriptions.
- Send account-related emails, such as verification, password reset, account deletion, notification, and service messages.
- Send push notifications, if you allow them.
- Process subscriptions and payments through Stripe.
- Show and measure ads through Google AdMob, where ads are enabled.
- Protect the app, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve performance.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
Public Content
replayd includes social and user-generated features. Your username, profile information, avatar, reviews, comments, ratings, likes, follows, favorites, and similar activity may be visible to other users depending on the feature and your use of the app. Do not post personal information that you do not want to make public.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers to operate replayd. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms:
- Firebase for authentication and related account services.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.
- Supabase and PostgreSQL for database hosting and storage.
- Render for backend hosting.
- Stripe for subscriptions and payment processing.
- Resend for transactional emails, where used.
- Google AdMob for advertising and ad measurement.
Analytics
replayd does not currently use Google Analytics. We may process limited technical logs and operational data to maintain, secure, and improve the service.
Advertising
replayd may display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect or process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app activity, and ad interaction data to provide, limit, measure, and improve advertising. Depending on your location and device settings, you may be asked for consent for personalized ads or tracking. You can also manage ad personalization through your device or Google settings.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The mobile app itself does not rely on traditional browser cookies for core functionality. However, third-party SDKs and services may use SDK identifiers, device identifiers, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies to provide authentication, ads, payments, notifications, security, and service delivery. Where required by law, we will request consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
Legal Bases for Processing
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another region with similar requirements, we process personal data based on one or more legal bases, including:
- Performance of a contract, to provide the app and account features you request.
- Consent, for optional features such as certain notifications, personalized ads, or tracking where required.
- Legitimate interests, such as maintaining security, preventing abuse, improving the service, and operating the app.
- Legal obligations, where we must keep records or respond to lawful requests.
Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information:
- With service providers that help us operate the app, including the providers listed above.
- With other users when you use public or social features of the app.
- With authorities, courts, or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
- In aggregated or anonymized form that does not reasonably identify you.
International Data Transfers
replayd and its service providers may process and store information in countries other than your country of residence, including countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.
- Account and profile data is generally retained while your account is active.
- User-generated content may remain available while your account is active or until it is deleted through app features or by request, subject to technical and legal limits.
- Payment and subscription records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Server logs and technical records are retained for a limited period unless needed for security, debugging, or legal reasons.
- Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained indefinitely because it does not reasonably identify you.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting replayd.support@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared; the right to request deletion or correction; the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising activity may be considered "sharing" under California law. To exercise your rights, contact us at replayd.support@gmail.com.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data through the app where the feature is available or by contacting us. More information is available on the Account Deletion page. Deleting the app from your device stops future app collection from that device, but it does not automatically delete account data already stored by replayd or its service providers.
Children
replayd is not intended for children under 16 years old, or a higher age where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at replayd.support@gmail.com and we will take appropriate action.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app or by other appropriate means where required.
