Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your replayd account and associated data. If you need help, contact replayd.support@gmail.com.

Delete Your Account in the App

You can request account deletion directly inside replayd:

  1. Open replayd and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to your profile and open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.
  5. Check the email address linked to your replayd account for a 6-digit confirmation code.
  6. Enter the confirmation code in the app to complete deletion.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email replayd.support@gmail.com from the email address linked to your replayd account. Use the subject line "Delete my replayd account" and include your replayd username if you know it.

We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

When your account deletion is completed, replayd deletes or anonymizes data associated with your account, including:

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period where necessary or legally required, including:

Subscriptions

Deleting your replayd account may not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by an app store, Stripe, or another payment provider. You should cancel any active subscription through the same payment flow or app store account used to purchase it.

Processing Time

In-app deletion is designed to complete after you confirm the deletion code. Email requests are usually reviewed within a reasonable period after verification. Some retained records and backups may take longer to expire according to normal retention schedules.
